Guess i have known this for years but never bothered with diagnosis. Being 47 i have learnt to cope with a lot of social interactions as long as i can "escape" afterwards on my own. Does explain why i couldnt handle the 2 managers positions i've had in the past. Just cant "do" people reading. Now happily i have a job with managerial status and no staff.
We are now looking at whether to have my 7yr old son assessed as he has traits that are stronger than mine.
