How do you cope with other parents glares when you child hurts there child?Even if he doesn't mean too.

thats a hard one...
if it was me ide be able to ignore it or maybe if i was courageous enough go and talk to them to explain why it happens even if you dont have a diagnosis. and also realise understand what is going through their minds as they dont really understand why he would do it if he doesnt mean to if you get what im trying to say :S i am not that good at explaining what i mean and ill spend hours at these few lines thinking oh i should have said it this way.. blah blah.. |

I think you have to tell the parents and explain. It may mean that they give your child a wider berth in future, but they would probably do that anyway.
Of course you don't want to do anything that will stigmatise your child but asking for a little understanding may help. |
